Eilidh Venning is the developer of the Quest Super CA Program - a comprehensive training system designed to elevate Chiropractic Assistants into confident, competent, and influential leaders within the practice, and coach at Quest Chiropractic Coaching.

Eilidh has worked alongside chiropractors for more than 20 years, and for more than a decade has supported chiropractors and their teams in South Africa and internationally. Her work focuses on helping practices build thriving, values-based environments through strong systems, empowered teams, and consistent, purpose-driven patient education.

She works at the intersection of team development, front desk communication, internal expansion, and practice culture, with a natural ability to translate big-picture chiropractic principles into clear, practical, and usable actions.

Drawing on her experience running a multi-chiropractor family practice, coordinating and supporting ABC™ chiropractic seminars, and coaching teams at every stage of practice growth, Eilidh designs systems that are simple, sustainable, and deeply aligned with chiropractic purpose.

Under her guidance, the Quest Super CA Program has evolved into a robust CA training platform focused on clarity, communication, consistency, and confidence - supporting practices to move from staff management to true team leadership.
