Huge Things Out Of Small Things In 2015

Rather than setting the usual big resolutions for 2015 that are usually impossible to achieve and often easy to break, I suggest that you act small and locally – very locally in fact.

The vision for, and the associated actions that you have for your team and practice members along with those people close by is your most effective instrument of empowerment.

Your ability to affect your immediate sphere of influence and their future is profound. Everything you think, say and do has an effect on those closest to you. Every action you take that directly impacts on the person in front of you has an effect on them, possibly for the rest of their life.

It is the little, everyday events in your immediate circle of influence that brings about the greatest changes. The extra few minutes checking in with your team about them and their life makes a major impact on their sense of appreciation, remembering the significant events in your practice members lives, follow up phone calls when people are a bit fragile and remembering that at all times that life is rich, chiropractic is amazing, beauty is everywhere and every personal connection has meaning will take you a long way towards creating massive changes in 2015.

So, get clear on your vision for every person you encounter in your practice. Commit to being totally conscious in your dealing with yourself and others. Map a simple way forward for optimizing the experience that you and your practice family will enjoy in 2015.

Your greatest impact on the future of the world lies with those closest to you, its not about the big heroic acts, the untold riches of material things or the lofty New Year’s resolutions but the enactment of your huge vision involving those closest to you along with your commitment to it which will provide the biggest impact.

We, at Quest are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to support and challenge you to an even higher level of function this year. We know that from these small interactions huge things grow – including your practice.
