Today we are talking about The Simple Progressive Report of Findings System
A super simple conversation system – say less and have people ascend more.

Progressive exams and reports mark the completion of a phase of care and lead to the next phase of the journey and they are really important.
When it comes to guiding practice members through their care many chiropractors are amazing at the report of findings. The red carpet is rolled out and no stone is left unturned in explaining chiropractic to the new person.
But when it comes to Progressive Reports it becomes a ‘sometimes thing. They don’t have the same incentives for an exciting future when most of what the person has come in for has cleared out (or maybe little of what the person has come has cleared out)
Unfortunately many practice members see their encounters with your practice are incidents – not a relationship involving a journey
Some key points
  • The Progressive ROF should be a very brief conversation
  • The PM will have already made their mind up
  • Have measurements of the journey – along with you testing and measuring along the way the practice member must be the observer along the way
  • Build response potential along the way – keep people looking forward to the next stage of care. Preframe along the way.
Tests and measurements the visit before
Key points
  • Agreement – The Attractive Practice Model is based on management by agreement – OK, we have completed what the set out to accomplish – Intent – values – when we started we agreed ,
  • Discovery – markers – noticing – reflection
  • Investigation – Distinctions – time reframe – this is happening because of that
  • Opportunities – what else – 2 choices (close case file or go through the next phase of care that you need)
